Hi there! I’m Cherise, a Registered Dietitian licensed in Hawaii and Texas, and the founder of Wellness Core LLC. I believe the nutrition is deeply personal. While guidelines provide a foundation, there is no one‑size‑fits‑all approach to health. Your story, culture, and lifestyle are unique - and your care should reflect that!

I embrace the philosophy that all foods fit (and yes, I love food and have a BIG sweet tooth myself!). Together, we’ll find balance that works for your life.
